RETURNS
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your product. All returns must meet certain requirements upon being accepted. We do accept a “change of mind” return, however this is only subject to online credit or exchange and is not applicable to a refund.
Before returning any items, please notify UVSU (YOU VS YOU) directly through the “Contact Us” option and supply the following details:
The customer service team will then assess your request and supply you a return address and any additional details to assist you with what you need to process a return.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
We accept returns of products based that the item is:
* Please note, we cannot accept any item if it has been worn, washed and/or used in anyway as we are subject to, and strictly abide by current industry hygiene standard regulations.
RETURNING AN ITEM
When returning an item, follow the instructions given by the customer service team which will best advise you on a return address and shipping process.
* Please note, you as the customer and sender acknowledge and agree that all costs incurred through the return of non-faulty item is at your expense. UVSU (YOU VS YOU) will exchange the item free of charge with credit, however, you will also be responsible for the additional shipping of the exchanged item to your address.
PROOF OF RETURNED ITEM
Please ensure you keep a copy of your postage receipt for the returned item. This will be required for the proof of return.
* If for any reason, a receipt or any proof of return cannot be provided, UVSU (YOU VS YOU) reserves the right to refuse a refund or credit at any time under these circumstances.
REFUNDS
UVSU (YOU VS YOU) does not currently permit refunds on products which are non-faulty or “change of mind”. Refunds will be managed by the customer service team. Upon completion of a quality assessment of the refunded product and a fault has been identified and determined, we will authorise a refund to you.
Your shipping will be included in the refund amount only if you have no other items which was included with your order. If you have additional items which are non-faulty and not returned, then your shipping will not be refunded.
We will notify you of the refund via your supplied email. All refunds will be refunded to you by your original payment method online and can take between 1-5 business days.
RECEIVING APPROVAL FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND
In order for you to receive your credit exchange or refund (if approved), all items must be sent to, and collected by the customer service team first at our headquarters for assessment. From here, the necessary action will be taken and you will be notified as soon as possible.
* Please note, if the item does not meet or comply with the Returns & Exchange requirements above, then your item will be sent back to you.
