ORDERS & SHIPPING INFORMATION

ORDERS

Once you have placed and paid for your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email which will contain your order ID number, products you have ordered, your billing and shipping address along with your chosen shipping method.

Your order will then be processed at our headquarters and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Once your order has been confirmed, processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Order email informing your order is on the way.

Simply click the VIEW YOUR ORDER box which will open another page and confirm your shipment. 

Below will be your tracking number which you simply click and you will be redirected to the AusPost tracking page which will display your tracking information. 

You can also track your order by clicking the TRACK ORDER icon at the bottom right side of the page. This will take you directly to the AusPost tracking page.

Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, it is now registered in the system and cannot be cancelled. Your order will be processed and prepared for delivery. Once you receive your order and you are still wanting to cancel, you can contact our customer service department at CONTACT US either here or it can be located at the bottom of the page. 

You will need to return the order back to UVSU (YOU VS YOU) HQ. Once your order is received by us, we will contact you to organise a refund. 

Please note, we cannot accept any item if it has been worn, washed and/or used in anyway as we are subject to, and strictly abide by current industry hygiene standard regulations.

RETURNS

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your product. All returns must meet certain requirements upon being accepted. We do accept a “change of mind” return, however this is only subject to online credit or exchange and is not applicable to a refund.

Before returning any items, please notify us directly via the CONTACT US. The customer service team will then assess your request and supply you a return address and any additional details to assist you with what you need to process a return.

REFUNDS

UVSU (YOU VS YOU) does not currently permit refunds on products which are non-faulty or “change of mind”. Refunds will be managed by the customer service team. Upon completion of a quality assessment of the refunded product and a fault has been identified and determined, we will authorise a refund to you.

In order for you to receive your credit exchange or refund (if approved), all items must be sent to, and collected by the customer service team first at our headquarters for assessment. From here, the necessary action will be taken and you will be notified as soon as possible.

If the item does not meet or comply with the Returns & Exchange requirements, then your item will be sent back to you.

Please note that all shipping methods listed above are an estimated time of delivery only. UVSU (YOU VS YOU) is not responsible or accountable for any delays experienced by shipping providers. The shipping service is a separate service from our website service. UVSU (YOU VS YOU) reserves the right to refuse refund requests if a parcel is delayed due to the shipping provider.  

DOMESTIC (AUSTRALIA) STANDARD & EXPRESS SHIPPING

For all domestic (Australia) shipping, AusPost can deliver to a PO Box. Please ensure that all postal information in your order form is correct to avoid any unnecessary complications.

INTERATIONAL STANDARD & EXPRESS SHIPPING

For all International shipping, AusPost cannot directly deliver to a PO Box. However, they can deliver to a Poste Restante (General post office) in which your parcel will be held for your collection. Please ensure you supply a phone number and email address to be noted on your parcel.

Please ensure that all postal information in your order form is correct to avoid any unnecessary complications.

If you have not received your parcel within the estimated time frame of delivery, go to the link here https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search and enter your tracking number. Confirm the location and status of the parcel by using your tracking number.

 Also, contact us and we will inform AusPost and attempt to find a transit status or location of your parcel.

 Please note, once your parcel is in the delivery phase, we do not hold responsibility or accountability for the parcel. This is a separate service to our website service.

UVSU (YOU VS YOU) is not responsible for any additional fees you may incur due to customs or import duties tax. All additional fees are the responsibility of the customer in their country of residence. We do not include these fees in our pricing structure.

Due to customs charges and policies being different per country and consistently changing, we can not advise you on the charges and fees unfortunately. It would be best for you to contact your nearest postal service department and find out more from them.

GUIDELINES

The size charts below are based on current size measurements specific for our particular products. Please note that these size charts are a basic reference and guide only. As every body size and shape is different, we can not recommend sizing for our customers. These size guides have been created for your convenience and to assist you in making the best decision for your size.

We suggest you pick a favourite fitting piece of clothing that is the same make as what you would like to purchase. From there, measure your piece of clothing in alignment with our measuring guide and this will help you decide which is the best size in our range.

HOW TO MEASURE 

We have a very simple way of measuring our garments. 
As per diagram, follow the green measuring lines as a guide.


SHIRTS & MUSCLE T'S

WIDTH - Measure front of chest from one armpit to the other.
LENGTH - Measure top of neck down to the bottom of garment.
Match your width and length measurements with the numbers on the chart and this will indicate the preferred size and fit for you.
